Creator Backlot exists for the people who actually do the work. The unglamorous, after-dark side of the YouTube craft — the timeline scrubbing, the thumbnail revisions, the why-isn't-this-rendering, the seventh take of the same line.
We're not a guru shop. We're a working group of creators trading notes on what's actually moving the needle right now, from a 280,000-member Facebook community into a newsletter, a blog, and a few events a year.
